This is great! I recently realized something similar as I come out of burnout. The first thing for me was healing enough to find my spark of joy in anything, then once I found it, I center myself there and let the other tasks be the side missions. It makes me feel empowered and also like I’m valuing myself as a human, versus just being a “task machine”
I love that, thank you for sharing. Yes I'm very purpose-driven! When I feel momentum toward my purpose, I have much more capacity for the side-missions.
