Over the past year or so I’ve heard from a number of folks who’ve reached out to me for coaching. People have reached out for tactical support as a family on the spectrum, for specific cannabis protocols, as well as technical work building software to support their objectives.
Of all the roles I’ve had over the years, I’ve most enjoyed giving on-the-ground support to creative humans. So I’m now welcoming people to reach out to me for coaching.

I’ve always enjoyed giving on-the-ground support to creative humans.
In early 2021, I was walking on the seawall in Vancouver, chatting with my cannabis coach on my cell. I told her about the separation I was going through, and about my recent autism diagnosis. Cannabis had made — with her help — by far the biggest difference for me than any other medicine or intervention, after exercise and sleep. So half the call was me expressing my heartfelt appreciation to her for helping me dial in a healing protocol for myself. I was going through one of the hardest years of my life, and I was surprised at how resilient I felt to the ground cracking and shaking beneath my feet. Separation, a job change, moving, and becoming a single dad, all during a global pandemic. It was almost funny in its totality! … like I got trapped in a Country song and couldn’t get out again.
Yet I had found a more robust sense of balance than I’d ever known before. I was … okay. Not only was I okay, but my desire to serve my community was never stronger.
The other half of the call was my coach strongly encouraging me to start helping other folks, especially folks on the spectrum. She made it pretty simple:
You’ve already done all the work to learn about cannabis and build a healing protocol for yourself, and you’re already doing deep research to understand your own nervous system. Now you get to share what you’ve learned with people who also really need it!
She was so right. It would feel so amazing to help other folks feel seen and supported through their journey back into their own body.
Let’s take that journey together.
