Isolation has a certain momentum to it doesn’t it? It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, being convinced I am alone. Eventually everyone in my life starts to agree with me.
I want everyone in my life to know that me struggling to regulate myself is not about them. It’s about me. And please send love! Love is the only thing that helps.
